The Commission of the State Prize named after Zulfiya

The Republic Commission of the State Prize named after Zulfiya at Women’s committee of Uzbekistan has been working together with the public which was founded according to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers. Moreover, the local commissions were organized at Women’s committee of Kharakhalpakstan, provinces and Tashkent city.

The prominent specialists, scientists, public officials and the leaders of organizations were involved in this Commission in the spheres of literature, culture, arts, science and education.

Commission deals with selecting contenders, developing the system of the State Prize which serves as the main way of stimulating talented youth, renewing the system called “the reservation of gifted girls” which was organized to prepare the candidates of the State Prize, studying and discussing the creative works of the candidates and then recommending them as the most deserving of the prize.
